


Garritan Samples are stored in a RAW data format. It also comes in a stand alone version that includes a MIDI File player. ARIA and sforzando come in 32 and 64bit VST, RTAS, and AU (Audio Units) versions. It can be used as a standalone application or as a VST or RTAS plugin. Using Garritan Personal Orchestra as an Instrument Plug-In. ARIA also supports the scala tuning system if you need alternate tuning tables. Today, the ARIA Engine can be found in various software from Garritan, Plogue, AKAI, Sony, Microsoft and MakeMusic.ĪRIA is fully compatible with 32bits and 64bits architectures on PC.

The ARIA Player is the official sample playback software for Garritan libraries. It is based on the SFZ 1.0 / SFZ 2.0 open file formats for instrument programming and the Scala open file format to define scales and temperaments.
